Meet Heather D. Hedrick, M.Ed.
With over 30 years of experience in education and public safety, Heather brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her work with children and families. She is a certified teacher across multiple disciplines, a former Master Police Officer, and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Throughout her career, Heather has remained dedicated to protecting, teaching, and advocating for children. In 2019, she founded Safe Time Supervised Visitation to provide a safe, structured environment where children can maintain healthy relationships with their parents during times of transition.
Meet Craig Hedrick
With over 35 years in public safety, Craig is a certified firefighter, paramedic, police officer, and fire marshal. As a Supervised Visitation Provider with Safe Time, he brings a calm, structured presence to every child-focused visit.
Craig also specializes in safety inspections, with experience evaluating foster and adoption homes, visitation environments, and residential/commercial properties for licensing and regulatory compliance.
