Helping Parents Move Forward—Together.

At Safe Time, we offer Parenting Coordinator services to help families reduce conflict and stay focused on the best interests of their children. These services are ideal for high-conflict custody situations, court-ordered co-parenting, or when parents need support navigating communication and shared parenting responsibilities.  Services are conducted by a qualified professional with training in child development, crisis communication, conflict resolution, and mediation—ensuring a supportive, child-centered approach.

Parenting Coordination is not therapy, legal advice, or legal mediation. It is a structured, neutral process to help parents stay on track and resolve day-to-day parenting concerns in alignment with their court orders.

🛠️ Getting Started with Parenting Coordination

Before services can begin, both parents will complete a brief intake process. This ensures that we fully understand the unique needs of your family and can provide structured, neutral support from day one.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Step 1: Complete the Parenting Coordination Intake Form
This secure form gathers background information, court details, and parenting goals.

  • Step 2: Submit Required Documents
You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your current court order (if applicable) and valid ID to verify your role in the case.

  • Step 3: Attend an Orientation Session
Orientation may be scheduled individually and conducted virtually or in person, depending on your availability.

Once both parties have completed intake and orientation, services may begin as outlined by court order or mutual agreement.

💡 Note: All sessions are by appointment only and focused on creating a child-centered path forward—supportive, respectful, and educational.
