Family Reentry Support program after incarceration

DONATE TO SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM

Low-Cost, High-Impact Support for Families Reuniting After Incarceration

Get Started Intake Form

The Family Reentry Support Program offers low-cost, short-term, compassionate support for families navigating reunification before or after a parent’s release from incarceration. Our goal is to provide a safe, neutral space for communication, emotional support, and relationship rebuilding during a complex and often emotional transition.

Whether you are working toward a supervised contact, fulfilling a court-ordered visitation plan, or simply reestablishing a bond after time apart, this program is designed to help families reconnect with structure, support, and care.

✅ 4-Week Guided Support Program – $50 Includes:

  • Personalized planning & guidance sessions

  • Communication tools & family goal-setting

  • Up to two 30-minute monitored Zoom or phone calls per 4-week period between the child(ren) and the visiting parent

  • Emotional safety support & communication coaching

  • A neutral space to rebuild trust at the child’s pace

✳️ Ongoing services or in-person supervised visitation may continue at a reduced rate based on family needs after the initial 4 weeks.

Who Is Eligible?

This program is designed for families who meet the following criteria:

  • At least one parent is currently incarcerated or was released within the past 60 days from a State or Federal Correctional Facility after serving a sentence of 24 months or longer.

  • The family is preparing for or actively participating in:

  • Supervised visitation

  • Virtual parent-child contact

  • Reunification efforts following separation due to incarceration

  • Both the parent and caregiver/guardian are willing to engage in respectful, child-centered communication that supports the child’s emotional wellbeing.

  • All participating adults must agree to basic program guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a structured and supportive environment.

This is not a legal mediation or counseling service. It is a relationship and communication-focused support program intended to ease transition, not replace legal steps or court orders.
